4月19日, 2024, the Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights released new regulations under 第九条.  The new regulations m和ate how universities must investigate 和 adjudicate reports of sexual 骚扰, as well as give support to complainants 和 students who are pregnant 和 parenting.   
University leaders are actively assessing the new 第九条 regulations to gauge their potential impact on our 林肯纪念堂 University campuses. Our commitment to transparency 和 inclusivity with our campus community remains a priority. Our current policy meets 和 exceeds the minimum requirements outlined in the current federal 第九条 regulations 和 this will remain our priority going forward.
